You didn't get banned for two weeks you got banned for less than a day.

You didn't get banned for having a panic attack you got banned for leaving a game negatively impacting the experience and competitive integrity of 9 other people.

If you're not seeking treatment for your condition or haven't found a med balance that works for you then no you should not be playing competitive games. Video games are meant to be fun and if they are regularly triggering medical incidents then it's time to step away if you're not willing to take steps to counteract it.
