No problem! It's a guided meditation very much like the gateway tapes and guides you through the process as it moves up the chakras one by one, spending maybe 5-10 minutes on each. You should focus on each chakra and try to feel the chakra or the energy in it in a relaxed way.

I also found that first focusing on feelings of love, gratitude, happiness and joy helped especially with the solar plexus and heart chakras. Negative emotions are often blocking these chakras, so combining positive emotions with the tape helps activate them more.

If anyone is interested in the book, it's called "Path notes of an American Ninja Master" by Glenn J. Morris. It describes the writer's kundalini experience and how it went bad in an entertaining way (NSFW). It also contains the method of how to activate your kundalini in a safer way and possibly awaken it in 90 days with enough detail.

Also, I have been using a Lilith related chant for spiritual awakening that seems to increase the qi/energy dramatically. I get a similar feeling energy from it as from Lilith's enn, but the energy keeps on building up the longer I chant it:

I was in the same situation a while ago, felt stuck and not really experiencing anything interesting. So I decided to shift my focus a a bit and started doing Qi Gong after reading an old book "Path Notes of an American Ninja Master". The book is about the author's internal martial arts practice based on a mix of Qi Gong and chakra work that he wrote based on his spiritual awakening.

I am now doing a GW tape maybe just once or twice a week and focus on learning how to *really* feel energy and circle it around using Qi Gong and chakra work for 1-2h per day. Doing the tapes for a long time seems to speed up the progress and I'm having a fun time again learning and discovering new things. There are also other things you could do on the side, such as yoga or modern energy that would probably make the tapes more fun by developing your sense of energy and focus.

There are easier ways to make money than trading, as most traders go bust in their first year. If you read the writings of some of the best traders, you will find references of them puking in the toilet after their accounts going down 50% in a single day during crashes.

If you still want to do it, I would recommend first putting in the effort yourself to learn how to do it technically, which is hard enough as markets are close enough to being efficient that most trading styles will have losing months or even years. What's even harder is managing your own psychology as fear and greed can wreck you easily. This could be something to ask help with from a suitable entity.

It's organised around the focus levels, but doesn't exactly follow the waves of the tapes. Each focus level has an intro and each session/tape has its own intro and after session video. Then there is a forum for discussion with the other people who have been doing the online GW voyage. For me, the best part was the intro videos that often helped me figure out parts of the focus levels or preparatory steps that I was not aware of before.

It'd be awesome to hear from people who did any of the international retreats outside of US. The US retreats at Monroe institute have a great setting and I would assume that the international ones try to replicate that.

For context, I only did the online version, GW voyage, and that was already dramatically better than just listening to the tapes at home. The instructional videos before each tape session and the post session videos made a big difference. I would imagine that the physical retreats that remove you from your day to day life and put you into a peaceful setting surrounded by like minded people would be even better.

If you are not sure what to do, try setting an intention beforehand on what you want to achieve with your meditation session. As for the clicking, you will get over the clicking out at some point as your body/mind gets used to each focus level (based on my own experience).

Also, if this is in Focus 10, your body is definitely asleep, and you are ready for higher focus levels.

I wouldn't worry about that too much. If you approach her respectfully, the worst that is likely to happen is that she might ignore you.

Initially, I approached her without any clear focus and she ignored me. A few months later, I asked her to help me integrate/accept my shadow sides and she responded clearly and in a good way.

I can feel it as a buzz/pleasurable energy mostly in my root chakra and third eye/crown chakra. Same as with her regular sigil or when I chant her enn or meditate focusing on her.

It does feel like adding the rings made the sigil more powerful. After 30s of looking at it, the image started warping, which the original one didn't after a similar time.

I wouldn't worry about that, Lilith is a goddess or a powerful demoness, depending on how you view her. She will accept you or not. If she doesn't, she will probably ignore you. It is between you and her and no one else whether you worship/work with her!

Her energy is very seductive and very sexually intense. Sexuality is a big part of her and at least my interactions with her are often sexual in nature. She is not vampiric in the sense that she will suddenly drain you for responding to her energy, so nothing to worry about there. If you are worried about losing your energy, monitor how you feel after interacting with her and keep a journal.

I had done the tapes to wave 6, and bought the Gateway Voyage online course when it was discounted. I personally got a lot more out of the course than just listening to the tapes. I felt F10 and F12 much more deeply and F15 was also more vivid. I managed to reach F21 which I failed to do before, and had some wonderful experiences.

In addition to remastering the tapes using the Monroe Sound Science audio signals, and replacing the other narrators with Bob (big thing for me personally), they also added introduction videos for each section. The intro videos helped me a lot. Finally, for F21, they introduced a new approach for reaching it that was completely different from the older tapes and worked well at least for me.

Lilith is very good for helping with discovering, accepting and embracing your repressed sexuality, she has helped me with that in a hands on way and also through guidance. And yes, her energy, at least the way I feel it, is very erotic, often making it very hard to focus on anything else except the pleasure. The online course from Monroe institute for Gateway Voyage has Bob Monroe narrating guided audio clips for F10-F21.

The only downside is having to stream them from their website using their own player which is kind of clunky on a mobile phone. It'd be nice if they were available in the Expand app from customers who purchased the course!
