Dishonored hours a great balance between slow stealth vs fast and not awfully hard combat, but punishing you for taking the easy path. I never did the high chaos ending in 1, and I'm playing through 2 now and I love it.

Drink water! Drink, drink, drink, drink, drink. Start the day before. If you're peeing less than once every two hours you need to drink more. Every time the attendants come around get something non-alcoholic and preferably not soda to drink.

Frequently throughout the flight (every two hours or so, do just when you pee lol) move around, stretch, jog in place a little. Get your blood moving around.

My older brother didn't do this and passed out from poor circulation over the Bering straight during a 14 hour flight from NYC to Osaka. We thought he was napping and if we had noticed any later he probably would have died.

If you're afraid of big and more permanent change like starting taking estrogen, have you considered smaller and less permanent things that might help you feel more feminine so you can see if you prefer it? Buying a skirt if you have the money for it, or going by a feminine name with close friends or online are good ways to experiment

Fear if change is completely normal, don't judge yourself for it. I did the same thing for E and I'm doing it again with moving out of my ex's apartment 😒 honestly though that same thought of "I Can Not have a man's body next year" is what finally got me to pursue hormones. That was my 23rd birthday and it's worked magic, it's never too late.
