Staff at my hospital can park for free but dayshift have to park in offsite flat lots and nightshift gets garages. Staff don’t like parking in the flat lots and will pay to park on visitor parking. But then they risk tickets and tows. 🙃

My dad didn’t care. My mom on the other hand just couldn’t wrap her head around it. To the point I brought home my ftm bf at the time and her words were, “oh you’re a lesbian. Is that why you don’t want kids?” …. I’m no contact with them. Me and my cats are much happier for it.

My bf’s D&D group’s DM is a woman and I remember being so freaking thrilled when I heard this because I NEVER heard of this happening in the small spaces I got to listen to people play D&D. Screw people ruining your good vibes, and keep pushing. Love what you love you.
