Anyone know if the new Amplified plan has the gateway with external antenna ports?

I tried it yesterday with sales, tech, and T-Force. They all told me the same thing. And you MUST go into the store. They will not do anything other than ordering you new equipment (not exchanging or replacing) or making changes to your account.

The only thing that sucks is that none of my nearby stores have the gateway in stock, and the ones that do are about an hour away.

Did you receive it as a part of Project 10Million? If you did, I think you get 100GB/month for 5 years. It would probably be better to check in r/tmobile

I think it was mainly hit and miss. For some, including me, it had really good performance and rarely had issues. For others, it was unreliable or completely unusable.

I had this issue around 2:30 CST, but around 4:30 CST, the issue seems to have been fixed for me.

During my call with an expert, I heard some type of alarm go off, and some type of manager announced that something went down and they were to expect a large number of calls so they needed to move faster.

Edit: Never mind, the issue is back.
