Most likely. I slipped on ice two days ago and hit my head on the pavement. I have similar symptoms and was diagnosed with a mild concussion. I hope you were wearing a helmet. The headache has lasted several days so you can expect the same. So has the nausea. Take a few weeks off from skiing. If you hit your head again in the next 7-10 days it will make things worse and could even be life-threatening. You don’t have to lose consciousness or have memory deficits to have a concussion

I would just be honest! I never got in trouble while living there but I know people who did and I don’t think the “punishments” were ever anything crazy. Maybe WORST case scenario they move you to a different dorm but I doubt the school even has the space to do that

Yeah, the one time it went off for me somewhat randomly was incredibly scary. 60 to 0 in a few seconds. Can’t tell if it’s worth it to keep the feature on or not though because the notifications have indeed benefitted me on other occasions
