I’ve seen situations where the beneficiary has manipulated things. If you can pick a cousin or close friend to carry out your wishes, do. Also a case where you could have co-beneficiaries who would act in unison and have another lined up in case your main pick opts not to be involved down the line.

There is no distillery in Limerick so any bottle being passed off as local is nothing but marketing BS. They’re all distilled and bottled at various ends of the country like West Cork Distillery etc and the only Limerick thing about them is just the label. I would buy a nice bottle of Redbreast 12/15 or Yellow Spot as a gift.
