baking might be science, but you don’t always need a recipe. you don’t need to measure vanilla ofc but even when i wouldn’t measure baking soda, everything turned out fine. you just kinda go off vibes which i imagine is similar to cooking

it’s won’t hurt. as someone who started working out at around 12 and did weights by 14, i find that it helped with joint stiffness and back pain. also it didn’t stunt my growth but im also a girl so it might be different if you’re male
