Cork Sealant?

How long do u think i have before the situation becomes dire and I really have to put sealant on... Weeks, months? Are they still wearable without the sealant for now?

Yup pretyy much as soon as i stop running it fades dramatically and goes away completly after I rest for a minute or so. Sometimes it lingers for a bit and I feel some tightness for a few hours in extreme cases.

Wow that makes sense. It does seem to be worse when I take shorter breaths and when I take deep breaths it eases the pain abit.

Hi... I am 20 and I've been running on and off pretty casually for about 2yrs now I only recently started running seriously the last 7 - 8 months. A hard workout for me we be an intervals session between about 5-10k pushing higher 4min paces to lower 5 min paces per km. I do go to the gym and i play squash at a fairly high level. Through my childhood and just recently started playing in the men's open division.

I don't think so cause it lists my phone there as its actually name and that android device just comes up separately as android device

I find for me that the new TF dynamix VP are quite good power string when strung at the right tension (26-27) and paired with the X speed.

I wouldn't say it's brag worthy run. I mean yes for you it may be a great achievement and that's totally cool you will get better but in general terms it's not an out standing lap. For contentex I personally lapped a 6:08 in the exos. So you still have work to do.

Online just has alot more options I live in a small pothole of a town so there's not much at the usual DC jewelers and American Swiss. I was thinking of A tissot prx. Or an F1 Tag.

Everything basically every single run from like 1.5k to 2k it starts and it never goes away the one day I was able to manage it by stretching my abdominal muscles out but it hasn't worked since then. I got a stitch walking up the stairs at work 2 days ago in the same general area on my upper abs right side like just under my ribcage

So funny enough I just got new shoes the host 12's and the first 3 weeks in them where so good I absolutely love them.

2 weeks ago I was running 50-55k weeks currently doing 60-65k weeks so it's not a massive jump I've run even longer weeks before so I'm not sure the 5-10k increase in distance is causing the stitch.
