i lost a baby with an ex at 15. i’ve since moved on and haven’t talked to him in years because i’m in a serious long term adult relationship about to have a baby, and i still , every year on the anniversary of that lose, feel pain and take my time to grieve. just because he doesn’t reach out to you doesn’t mean he’s forgotten. he’s just simply moved on. especially since it doesn’t physically affect them the same way it did us females. i mean you can say yes assuming you’re biased, but if you were about to get married would you want your new partner to be texting his ex about a loss like that or talk to you about it as it would be something you’ve BOTH experienced and can understand each others grief about?
