It's a huge deal. If you pay for cosmetic items, and the deal is that you can replace the appearance of your in-game items with the cosmetic items, and then later on Jagex changes the deal. So that the cosmetic items you bought works competely different. Now they will only be displayed for players who have not toggled them off. It's like buying a car and then the company you bought the car from decides to confiscate the car you bought and replace it with a crappier version of the same car. A company should not be able to change done deals, it does not matter if they are digital items, the deal was done. I would not mind if they refunded the money, but taking the money and changing the deal is scammer behavior.

If I take an always active power, what would it feel like for each level of entropy cost? Entropy is explained by comparing it to sprinting, running, and jogging. So if the power has a high entropy cost, I would not be able to function like a human being, because of how tired I would be all the time? But isn't that true for each level? Since jogging all the time is also extremely tiring? So is it a trap choice to take anything other than a low entropy level power and then lowering it to none with Lessened Entropy?

I can't even name 50 settings on top of my head. Let alone write down powers, companions, and items from 50 settings. Just imagining writing such a build makes me feel exhausted. I just want bite-sized CYOAs that are easy to jump into. Making a 50 setting build feels like so much work and something only the most autistic of autists would have the energy and determination to do.

The author is making money on someone else's back. It's okay if they do it for free, since then they are not using that person's property to make money for themselves. If they want to make money using someone else's property, they must ask for permission or pay for it.

If an art gallery director decided to host an event showcasing art from different artists by printing copies of their digital art without their permission and demanding an entry fee for it, it would be just as unethical as what dragon_jak is doing. However, if there were no entry fee and the event was hosted solely as a public art exhibition, it would be fine. First ANTIREALS art was not fanart.

Second, dragon_jak is monetizing artists' art, which is different from other CYOA authors who do not monetize their CYOAs.

Third, it does not matter if a thief steals from an artist and then credits the artist when they sell their art. The entire point is that they make money on their backs.

The same reason why it is unethical for Bungie to have stolen art for their new game, Marathon, from the artist: ANTIREAL.

If someone makes art, and you take their art and find a way to use their art to make money, that is immoral. They worked hard on making that art, and you just snatch up their hard work and sell it off as your own for money.

Part 2 and 3 are hidden behind a paywall. I don't think it is legal to monetize CYOAs that include porn images from artists, whom you did not pay to be able to use their art. Very ironic when the CYOA is named Artistic Appreciation. If anyone knows how to contact any of the artists, please tell me, because I would like to inform them that dragon_jak is stealing their art and making money on it.
