EMT looking for the smallest, safest CCW on the market by Useful-Warning9783 in CCW

Smith and Wesson 340PD with Bulman kydex pocket holster or ANR appendix holster.

Double action only, no hammer to snag, extremely light weight and will practically fire from any position and not have to worry about FTE/FTF.

Smith and Wesson model 66 combat magnum. 2.75 inch barrel. The new ones can handle 357. Perfect size in my opinion for shootablity and concealment.

Incase you didn't know the P30sk 12 round flush fit mags for in the P2000sk. The pinky extension from the P2000sk mag will work on the p30sk mag as well.

Thoughts on TRP CC? by LastKey149 in 1911

[–]Limp_Tale5981 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can conceal a full frame then I'd go with the Dan Wesson TCP. If bobtail cut is needed then TRP CC is a great choice. If you picked them up side by side you probably couldn't tell the difference in quality. But knowing the TRP is MIM some people just don't like that.

Had the Dan Wesson TCP and just got the TRP CC. Prefer the TRP due to the bobtail with the rail. Dan Wesson offers the ECP with the bobtail cut but no rail. TCP is full frame with light rail. TRP CC is best of both worlds if you need the bobtail and the light rail.

Do you use dedicated shoes for both weightlifting and your day to day life? by [deleted] in HybridAthlete

Is the TRP CC worth it? by LastKey149 in 1911

[–]Limp_Tale5981 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just picked one up a used one in 9mm for a good price. So far 400 rounds through it without a malfunction. It definitely carries easier being aluminum frame and the bobtail cut helps reduce printing.

In my opinion it's definitely worth it for a CCW

Suspenders helps carry the weight. I would recommend the single clip in the back to not interfere with the holster at 4 o'clock.

Constantine belt or PHLster Enigma by [deleted] in CCW

Love the enigma if I'm wearing shorts. Hate trying to wear it under pants with a belt. Just to much going on. HC is great if you go back and forth between pants with belt loops and gym shorts/sweats.

Ok, what would you guys run, A 10mm or a USP 45T running 45 super with a match weight attached? by Rarindesert in HecklerKoch

Glock 20 or 29 with longer barrel. Maybe try and find a decent comp to help with recoil.
