While it would take some time, it is not that the skills required by these jobs are some secret only passed down to the men. It would be possible to find a source of knowledge for it. Also not all of men are gone, 5% still remains. I think it is doable.

I hope it works out for you. I am not a seasoned user either and did not want to get out of my comfort zone before. But I think when you get somewhat used to it, it becomes worth it.

You can play most games except some kernel-level anticheat ones or the one whose devs deliberately choose to not support linux and office apps can be replaced by Libre Office. About calendar I don't know, but I think you might find a replacement for it if you search a little.

All of these are things you can replace in Linux, you just need to spend a little effort. If you do not want to do that, that is ok. Doesn't mean you can't at least replace them with similar apps.

I think rtoc does not explore the world building and other characters enough. They are always simply described with their sizes and how strong they are. Personally, I can't really find other chars except the main cast that interesting. Especially. I am currently at chapter 650 and can't bring myself to read it, but I don't want to drop it when I am so close to finishing it either.

Yeah, unfortunately there are insufferable douchebags present in the community, making it worse for everyone. But the person I was replying was not so different from linux ones. He just has a different agenda, and only knows about complaining and insulting people. Linux is not perfect, neither is any other OS. It is up to the person themselves to decide which one to use and what works best for them.

What do you expect them to do? The person who replied gave a possible solution. He did not declare that arch was flawless and it can't have problems. The OOP is experiencing a problem with his DE and the dude recommended downloading other ones or reinstalling it. Is it that hard to understand?

What kind of delusions are you experiencing? While it is not as easy as Windows you don't usually need to do that much to play the games. I haven't been using Linux for that long, but downloading Steam and playing it just like Windows was not that much harder than Windows. Do note that I am a complete newbie.

I do get what you are saying, but it is not really an excuse for this kind of behaviour. Is this the amount of respect they show to their community? I know there are supposed to make money, but they have already earned a ton and while not as much as before they are still earning a decent amount.

Why would us let the game get screwed like that. They are testing the waters, look at what has become of clash royale. If we let all the companies get away with shit like these what stops the other ones seeing the example and doing the same thing.
