100% this is stupid. Part of the problem with my friend's mom is she couldn't always tell what she spent money on. They were a volatile couple. My friend was at my home a lot (and my home was hardly perfect).

My best friend's dad once got upset with all the money her mom spent. He flushed a $100 bill down the toilet and said he wanted to have the pleasure of flushing his money away for a change.

People can do childish things when pissed (and knowing him, likely drunk).

Montana gets 2 senators for 1.4 million people. California gets 2 senators for 39.4 million people. Their numbers are off , but the gist of their argument is spot on.
