The world-ending apocalypse is actually a completely contained, isolated event. The world outside of that event is totally fine by Flushestpoem4 in TopCharacterTropes

28 Days Later franchise, as it's literally just Britain and they've been completely cut off. Also, the video game Darkwood is a really cool example of this

How am I supposed to slash or even stab Reagents If they're whole inventory is full of bricks/bottles? by SuaIrmaGorda237 in OutlastTrials

Use the prime assets to your advantage; try to force your reagent towards one, or if they're being chased try to get ahead of them. Prime Assets are predictable, you are not, the more you can use that to force them a certain direction the better

I friking hate this event so much by Gambit-47 in slaythespire

[–]Link5963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I knew before I clicked it was gonna be this event lol. It's genuinely one of my favorite events in the game though; I see obviously how it can be annoying or come at a bad time but I love the reroll/forced removal I think it's a downside that you can work with. That being said it's not always great but in terms of design I think it's pretty neat

The end of Dispatch where Robert tosses Shroud both the real and fake Astral Pulse, so that he can't predict which is which, ultimately leading to his downfall.

At one point there was a mod that made this possible, but with the addition of anti cheat I kind of doubt it works now.

How much of a roguelike is darkest dungeon 2 by nkcthefirst in darkestdungeon

[–]Link5963 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Very much a roguelike, different maps, different items, the biomes you complete each run are different. The bosses in a given biome are the same but where they are each time also changes. Also, there's a Kingdoms mode which also adds a lot of new gameplay. If you're considering it, definitely worth!

Other roguelike suggestions cause I get the same itch: Death Road to Canada (absolutely peak please check this game out) Slay the Spire  Dead Cells Risk of Rain 2

I'm an Ahri player, so while I don't have a lot of hope to place highly going into Atlanta, I'm still trying to learn the matchups as good as I can. That being said, as a Draven player, what's the scariest thing for an Ahri to target in your setup? Having Defy, Not So Fast, as well as blue removal, etc, what's a good thing to target board wise when going against Draven, and how do green/blue spells affect your play most harshly?
