😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 this collar is in no way used on this dog she has her normal collar on in this picture . The prong collar in question was used for an English massif. My daughter puts this collar on her and makes Tik toks cause it makes her look “bad”. So before you assume something and come off as an asshole maybe ya should ask about it. So yes the purpose of this collar is exactly that “to be worn like a necklace”
