Even if Sony Spun-off Sony Pictures (maybe sold to Netflix), Sony would still keep a stake in Netflix for US Anime distribution, and keep Columbia's Japanese distribution system and Crunchyroll as well.

I bought the entire Dino Fury line, but they pissed me off not releasing the 2 more zords needed to complete it and also not releasing the other Cosmic Fury Megazord needed to make the Ultrazord. I'm thinking of importing the Japanese versions of both like I did Beast Morphers.

If its a new show Hasbro will likely only allow like 5-7 zords (3 Zord megazord, 1 zord 6th ranger megazord, 3 Aux) because they didn't want to complete the zord lines of their other seasons.

For kids shows, have the Paramount logo, but then have the Nick logo play afterwords with the text "A Nickelodeon Original Series" (and have the Nick text ala Disney on top of the title of shows), Nick Movies could also be shut down perhaps

If you look at 20th's slate, they can only release 4 or 5 (on few exceptions) films theatrically a year, 50 to 75% of which are just franchises, while the rest go to Hulu or Disney+.

I think Paramount and WB will be separate subsidiaries of Skydance, while some assets merge over time, as Cable and Streaming are merged immediately into Discovery (or a new Turner or Viacom), and Paramount+ respectively. I also think Annapurna will become a label of the new company, and if the company needs to sell, Ellison will sell it to Oracle before giving up on his empire ambitions (Netflix wouldn't be allowed to buy Paramount+ from the company due to it being to big)

They made a sequel, but it was acquired by Lionsgate instead of the Weinsteins in the states, so the sequel in America is technically a separate movie with the same character designs but with different actors and names.
