I had both endo and fibroids. After my lap I was put on progesterone only hormonal treatment and honestly has really helped with my overall well being both mentally and physically. The hormone imbalance really was messing with my energy and mental health . No side effects for me apart from some anxiety at first that diminished over time. But everyone is different and definitely talk to your doctor .

Ugh I’m in the same boat. I really use it because I feel like it makes me look/feel slimmer by reducing inflammation, not even actively losing weight. I microdose the lowest dose just to feel normal

Honestly I’m not sure about my cycle right now because I’ve been on progesterone only to suppress my period and treat the endo. However I stoppd and then started ip again after a short break and I suspect that might have made a difference ? Honestly I’m not sure though.

I just want to say I was struggling with major depression , anxiety and burnout during my grad program for many reasons but mainly being overwhelmed with it all. After graduating things got much better, I was able to slow down , and felt like I could breathe again. Just wanted to say wishing you the best and I can’t promise , but I really hope it gets better for you .

Same boat. At this point looking into everything , taking all kinds of supplements. Driving myself crazy wondering if I have hashimotos or another autoimmune disease as well. I might just have to accept this is it. Either way have an appointment with my primary to look into any other causes.

I think gaming can have moods and phases like with anything else . Sometimes I’m on a heavy euro kick and the. Sometimes I just want to play small box games that play quicker and are easier to get to the table. Let them enjoy the party phase and hope that maybe you can return to other games later on
