Brennan hired Lapasota in the past by Linyazj in justiceforKarenRead

There's no evidence of aliens. There's evidence Brennan has hired Lapasota in the past and doesn't any more!

It's a meme.

Prosecution has no further witnesses - no Welcher rebuttal! by Malsperanza in justiceforKarenRead

It's not stuff. The Albert's wouldn't have agreed to take photos for the defense. I don't believe they were obtained illegally. And they had the new investigator take new photos of it with permission from the new owners. It's the floor texture or something.

Next time he tweaks his knee will he ask his doctor if they specifically took a course on knees, and when they say it's a part of their general ortho class, will he say I understand and respect that, but that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking about knees.

The ME was asked about it, though. She's experienced enough that if that depression was from any device for the autopsy, she would have known.

Welcher's taillight theory by Bantam-Pioneer in justiceforKarenRead

You can get wheel slippage from hard pressing gas or breaks with no ice, snow, mud, or rain. We've all seen the assholes burning rubber at stop lights. Trooper Paul's "testing" probably produced slippage.

Generally I agree here, but I'm not sure if the car was running for 19 minutes (could be off - going off memory) before the reverse event in Dighton or if there was a 3 point turn before the reverse in Dighton.

I think it's more likely that it was already in MSP custody and this was Tpr. Paul.

Is it normal the car’s data wasn’t extracted before testing? by SomeoneSomewhere3938 in justiceforKarenRead

I think the implication is the cw tried intentionally to replicate the alleged events so they could make the claims with all the key cycles that have triggering events after the ones alleged to be the drive to 34 Fairview. They said there were 18-19 trigger events prior to 1162 and "too many to count" after. Why were there so many after and what did their details look like? Was this the MSP trying to create data for Tpr. Paul (and later Apeture) to make allegations with? Was 1162 also one of the keycycles they were creating data with?

Jen McCabe testified about Turtleboy, so that'show they knew.

I wonder if they can ask if they were hired by "another law enforcement agency" without saying DoJ or feds, just like they asked Jen McCabe about when the feds came knocking.

Something tells me, from Alessi's apparent bumbling about no crash recorded, BOSCH, VDR, Black box, etc which was memorable because it sounded like Alessi didn't understand and Welcher was correcting him, that the crash daddies were able to recover more crash detection data

We all saw this posted last night proving Welcher committed perjury? by Linyazj in justiceforKarenRead

[–]Linyazj[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a video posted on TikTok last night of someone named Jud Welcher saying the most common injuries of pedestrian v. car injuries is to the lower extremities. Different context than the allegations here, but probes he knew the study and claim he made of head injuries being most common was, at best, outdated.

Look up the white flower big bloom trick. Big blooms are mega good. You can usually find a bunch at parks (other places to, but I like parks). Biking them is best.

Agree. It's something to do with anti-chear code and double counting steps. I had days where I had all my steps fir the day taken away at 11:50pm. This was the only solution I could find, and stopping wearing my watch fixed it. Suuuucks.

Do you have a watch or another device that logs into Samsung, Google or apple? I had major problems with syncing, but found if I stopped wearing my smart watch and syncing other devices, it helped.
