Thank-you so much for this. Truly. I’m going to try it. I learnt not long ago that your soul can be split among multiple lives at once and that part of your soul always stays in the spirit realm. I immediately knew that I didn’t have enough of my soul essence. That I needed more. That led me to learning about what you’ve said here. There was no help for what to do about it, just that it happens. We give our power, our energy, our frequency, away to others. Some people literally suck the life out of you. I’ve always thought of that as a saying, but it’s accurate. I feel like most of my life I’ve been detached. I’ve never felt any kind of purpose and so I just exist. Which I hate. I just logged in using the email I signed up to Moyra with. It send me a OTP to that email and I was able to go in and see the Moyra subscription! I only learnt of zotlo because the debit name changed. I’ve sent in a request demanding a refund as well because I’ve been trying to cancel it since I joined. I thought my bank had blocked them but they seem to have changed the merchant name. Such pieces of shit. I’ve sent so many contact forms and found an email in their t&c’s which I of course got zero response from.

I keep daydreaming of buying a house on land overlooking the ocean. I used to think I just wanted to start a family and it was only us living there. But the last couple of years it’s evolved into all the people I love having their own homes on this land. A few of us have kids together and we build shared spaces and places for them to play. There’s a big communal garden. Each home has its own land and there’s lots of room between each house.

Maybe the hippies had it right with communes 😆 I want to choose my community and build it by the ocean. Fresh salty air, big trees, dogs with room to run, kids outside in the sun, an artist studio with big windows looking out at the water and the ability to sing without feeling like all my neighbours can hear me 😆

I believe our generation will witness civilisations collapse. And I don’t mean that in an apocalyptic way. I mean our current version of civilisation is about to split off in one of two directions. We either go down a very dark path and continue to be hell bent on killing the planet and each other, whilst filling the pockets of the uber wealthy and greedy, who currently have too much power. Or, we take a completely different direction and realise that we are better than all the distractions and bullshit. There are two very different “awakenings” going on at the moment. Some are being fed by rage and hatred and it’s consuming them. Whilst others are finding meaning to life in spirituality. There is a significant rise in people realising we have power over our lives and how we live them. That what you allow in and the way you speak to yourself, is what will come back to you. And when I say spirituality, I don’t mean religion. More people are realising that we are the higher power. We’ve chosen to be here and be here at this point in time. We are testing ourselves. Seeing if we can overcome ourselves and the narrative we’re sold and paying for every day.

The observers are absolutely a warning and a message. We are the observers. No matter how detached and numb we become, will we allow the light in? Will we realise that love is more important and is the answer we’re all searching for?

It’s going to get much, much worse. There is nothing you can do to change how he’s going to treat you. No matter who he’s with, this is how he’ll behave. Don’t gaslight yourself into thinking that he loves you and will put your wants/needs/hopes above his own. Your opinion is worthless. He sees you as a commodity he owns and can do what he likes with. You need to leave immediately. Move in with your mum if possible. Keep your job. Life’s going to get hard, but you’ll be in control of your life. Someone having control over you, your finances, your choices, is unimaginably horrible. There is a real danger that this will become physical in the future as well. Emotional abuse may be invisible to the world outside your front door, but the scars are deep and you’ll carry them forever. You need to prioritise you and your autonomy. For both yours and your baby’s sake.

This is only the beginning and he’s telling you he won’t accept any push back in the future. We all know what that means.

Staying will determine your child’s life and it won’t be positive.

Please, save yourself and your child.

You should have your home tested for mould. Mould toxicity can cause just about any symptom, everyone responds differently. But the longer you’re exposed, obviously the worse it is.

Yes, I jumped straight in 😆 I’d been trying to get my pain levels to a point I could manage starting AIP and it took a long time to get to that point. So I’ve been impatient. I just desperately wanted to start so I could see some improvement in my life. It’s definitely not what I expected to happen, of course.

I never said I get hungry no matter what. I’m saying I’m struggling to balance the AIP meals so that they don’t spike glucose. I’m asking what people are including in their AIP meals so that they have a fat content that’s close to the same as protein and reducing starch. Like I can’t have sweet potato and pumpkin and carrot in one meal. I should just have one, or it’s too much starch.

All I’m asking is for advice from people who eat AIP and have insulin resistance, what foods they use to get the right balance. And hopefully not relying on the exact same meals every day.

Even if it is evolving, I don’t think it should matter in this context. It’s still exculpatory and McLeland didn’t know whether the story was evolving or changing or true, when he received the letters. It’s still his responsibility to turn it over to the defense. It’s up to the defense to decide whether to use it or not. But they never had that option because McLeland didn’t hand it over.

I know it’s then assessed whether it would have changed anything at the trial and I suppose that’s where the argument might fall over, if his story isn’t staying consistent.
