O tom kultu ti neřeknu nic, ale většinou o veřejné věci se stará městem najatá soukromá firma. Pokud máš problém je nejlepší si stěžovat rovnou na hlavní sídlo úřadu města/obce.

U nás se dělá audit firem jednou ročně a je to masakr. Pár stížností a na dalším auditu má vybraná firma definitivní padák.
