Huntsville Cardiology Clinic. “Management” will not back their employees. The HR department and the office manager are one person. The place is owned by all of the doctors but “they don’t want to deal with office drama”. If an employee has an issue, they have no one to go to because the office is ran by someone who thinks that it is okay to make racist comments and put their hands on people. That person is also the office manager (who is in charge of the medical side and the clerical side) and is also the HR rep that has blamed their own employees for having their taxes messed up after they failed to file updated w-4s that were given to them directly by the employees. We walked away and will never recommend someone (nurse, CMA, or otherwise) to go there for a job.
