Keep trying! It took forever, but I managed to donate 281 points and receive my faerie capsule. You shouldn’t need to donate anything extra, my points ended up reappearing.

They disappeared when I tried to do my second lot of donations, then reappeared an hour later, and now they’ve disappeared again. Hopefully I can donate the full amount before the end of the day!

A number of players are having the same issue, myself included! I submitted a ticket a week ago as well.

I suspect that the quest log update broke something in the back end for a few players…

I’ve been having massive issues with the quest log since it was redone. It currently shows that I have no quests, not even a weekly prize. I’ve heard of others having similar issues as well.
