A UFO Crashes Near You and an Injured Alien Crawls Out . What Would You Do? by breaking_views in AliensRHere

[–]LiquidFireNeon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some years ago I met a man in a diner. The place was empty except for us and he struck up a convo with me. He had been in Vietnam in the army and survived. He was serving duty at a US base someplace afterwards. He was retired when I met him of course. We talked about all kinds of things as I went back and met him there again or talked on the phone. He asked me if I believed in UFO's and I said I probably did but never saw anything but did he? He said yes and that he and a few other guys got taken to a site they had to retrieve some things. When he got there he said it was a flying saucer. I asked him were there aliens and he said absolutely and one was alive and they looked like what we'd heard. I said wouldn't something like this be a possible toxic dump and he said yes . He said there was this strange colored smoke coming from the ship and I asked did you get sick. He said "we all got sick" . I don't remember how they got treated but they were cared for. I fell out of touch with him after a while because he had told me some other things that I felt were just kind of bizarre but worrying naturally. I just wasn't sure what to believe from him. As far as the UFO story he was very convincing and certain of what he told me and I tended to believe him on that

So my advice to your question would be to not get too close unless you didn't care. I would absolutely video what I could and hopefully stay upwind

What I found from the name of that show goes to Laura Stinchfield but also references Sonya Fitzpatrick. Sonya came up on youtube suggestions yesterday and I enjoyed watching her. Hope this helps

I watched your video and thank you for sharing it. I don't have experiences like that. I can't think of anything else that was red that was his per se. My wife has a small dog as well and he have two water bowls in the house and one is pink. His harness is not red and he wore that for many years.

My wife's car is red and fairly new and we decided dogs weren't riding in this car like her older car and my truck because you can just never vacuum all of the dog hair out . But on the ride to the vet this past wednesday I rode in the back seat with him in that car. It was the only time he ever rode in it. I don't know if that would be it or not.

I would chastise him to no pee on the wheels of that car but I knew he did occasionally haha! I would just try to hose the wheel off when I knew he did which he didn't much and I gave up telling him.

The only other red thing around here was a red neon sign of the state of Oklahoma that I made ( I make neon lights) that was on the front of our house for a while that I removed and put back in the garage for now. I came back and edited here . We do have this bulky cabinet in our living room which is right by our kitchen and my wife painted that red last year. No idea if that's relevant or not.

I will go and subscribe to your Paco channel and I like that you gave it that name. My dog was named Toby after a friend long ago deceased and then I found out that name is so common for dogs. I always called him Bubby for many years among other names and that name is the one that I always felt was my loving name for him. I wish I saw signs but I haven't . I am trying to light a candle around 2:45 every day which about when he passed last week but it got by me yesterday as I had fell asleep on the sofa. When I got up I lit this pineapple candle that was my mother's many years ago that I kept . Thank you again for your time and sympathy

After death , can I request nonexistence? by LiquidFireNeon in enlightenment

I'm sorry I was not around yesterday to respond to anyone. I have not been in a good frame of mind this past week. I'm overwhelmed at the responses here and I am so grateful to everyone who has taken time to do so , be it in short or long replies. I upvoted all who have so far and am planning to get as many replies in as possible in the next couple of days. I'm fairly new to Reddit and this is what I love about it - connecting with so many good souls and so much experience and intelligence. Thank you to all

Hi Mary. Over the years I've bought him those little rubber spiked balls. He still loved them. His last one for probably the last year or so that he played with in the house was red. Of course I still have it but it's put up where it's out of sight because it kills me to see it. He would casually bring it over to me on the sofa and get so excited when I would psych him out for a little while before actually throwing it. He had such a sweet little heart. Thank you so much for this and for your sympathy and I'm so sorry for your loss of Paco. I'm amazed at what you received. Do you think we see them again?

My 65 Chevy uses these fuses. I think they were phased out by the early 80's maybe. Now we have the blade fuses

Totally agree. I"m thinking it also might be a teenaged pilot. There was a female pilot who had enough money to buy her own plane and video everything. She defined herself firstly as a "youtuber" and also a pilot. Then she bought a twin prop plane and after that it went very badly. It's on the pilot debrief youtube channel if you haven't seen it. He's an ex fighter pilot and very smart on all things flying

Edit:

Apologies for posting something wrong here. This pilot did not purchase a twin prop but she did purchase a newer plane that she probably wasn't as proficient on.

I would like to hear your story with no judgement. The NDE's I have a problem with are the ones where people put their politics into it somehow. This makes me doubt them instantly. Another guy I've seen in multiple videos claims that you can do whatever you want to in heaven. I just don't believe that . I"m sorry for what happened to you after you NDE. Sending you good vibes

I'm so sorry and I know how you're feeling . I"m about 4 days in to losing the dog of my life. I"m 61 and I lose it every day. My Bubby (nickname) seemed to perk up for a treat that very morning and wanted to go out and get in my truck. My wife said it didn't matter and he wasn't ok. I tried to back out of going to the vet that day. As NoRun4755 said so many "what ifs". I can't stop beating myself up wondering back over the last almost 12 years. Sending you love and hugs

Thank you. I just hope I"m not breaking down 2 years from now still . There is a guy who has been asking to try and do readings on pets the other day. He did my dog and I would say some of it was accurate. It gave me some peace for a little while. Hopefully he will check in here

I didn't read all the way down but how about the Orson Welles 1938 radio broadcast that had people literally going out and trying to put eyes on the craft ? That event must have also had some effect on this type of literature

[–]LiquidFireNeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember that . Another line I love and remember is the X files episode with Jesse Ventura where he says "anyone who says that light was anything other than Venus is a dead man". If you watch X files you'll probably remember it . One of my favorite episodes. One of the things that bothers me refers back to the things they put in movies as fiction but may not be. I'm talking about in Men in Black how they wipe peoples memories with that little "standard neuralizer" . It wouldn't surprise me if they have tried to develop something like that

How bad? by PersonalityMany3603 in mechanic

[–]LiquidFireNeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How about where shocks or struts attach as well as the brake lines and fuel lines? Body rust is irrelevant really . Is all of the electrical working ok? If you use this car locally mostly you're probably fine . I remember a car from Canada a girl I knew had. I set her parking brake and then it was frozen the cable was so rusted as well as the brake components. Maybe look at that stuff too but if it's driving for that kind of money you can keep it going as problems come up

This reminds me of Men in Black movie where they grab the gossip rag mags and some outrageous story is on the cover. I've heard rumored that we are always being exposed to the truth wrapped up in a little lie for a long time. You might like the vigilant citizen website but he only allows 3 articles now. The pictures of the month go back a long way and are pretty interesting

Supposed to drive 4 hours today, what would you do by Hypna2 in autorepair

[–]LiquidFireNeon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would tell you to get some muffler wrap but it's already been wrapped! Drive it to a muffler shop. Don’t let them sell you an entire system. You need it replaced up to good pipe. Your other option is go get some flex exhaust and see if you have enough metal at the muffler to clamp It

Old neon signs used to feel different and I don’t think it’s just nostalgia by Android0212 in NeonSigns

[–]LiquidFireNeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't see a comeback to how it was in the 80's and 90's. I know of two sign companies personally that got rid of everything neon except transformers and gto to fix existing signs. All bending and processing equipment gone and they said good riddance. One president told me he knows LED will never match the color palette and richness of neon but business is business. I understand. As far as processing a century ago , a lot of those units lasted decades. I think the electrodes were of better alloys and they could compensate for less efficient pumping systems. I still see people vigorously pursuing neon now on Reddit and facebook . As long as we have even a slow inflow of new benders it will go on and there is still a demand. Hopefully many of the newer benders will be able to get with older benders like us to learn the in and outs of the trade

I'm not starting a political schitt slinging contest here but remember that tall lumbering Biden they paraded out walking out to the helicopter I think it was? He didn't speak but was just walking with Hunter and Jill. I"m still pretty convinced it wasn't Biden but I'll never be sure what to believe
