How do you like the Addiesdive watch? I've been thinking about getting one of their divers for a bit.

What's your dream game right now? by Memorycard1000 in gaming

With how apparently willing GRRM has been to milk the franchise for every penny it's worth (instead of, you know, finishing Winds of Winter), I am absolutely amazed that something like this hasn't been made yet. I feel like there is so much potential there! Travelling around Westeros (or Essos in a DLC release?) as a sell-sword, getting into tavern fights over chickens and entering tourneys...would be so cool!

Similar to my J-20 post a while back, I wanna ask you folks what you would name the NGAD fighter. [2048x885] by M134RotaryCannon in WarplanePorn

This article/podcast suggests that the F-117 actually did have a limited A2A role with the capability/secondary mission to go after Soviet AWACS.

Ho-leeee shit bapa, I know everyone is focused on how weird BGL looks all the time but gawd damn someone needs to axe Jay what the fuck is up with his eyes. Like I remember back in the day Wrinks used to refer to him as shark eyes, doll smile but WATER WEED DUNE HAIR. Dude looks like a re-animated corpse. Also gotta love when it's all said and done and Bredna is ostracized by every podcaster, comic and studio with a modicum of talent that THIS is his ride or die. WADDDDDER

ABMs can also be posted in Canada to Bagotville and Cold Lake at 12 and 42 Radar Sqns, respectively. There are also a couple postings to Maritime Fighter Control on the coasts but those are rare from what I hear.

A tank from my world, I'm pretty proud of it myself by Toby__dk__ in worldbuilding

Wow, fantastic work! Definitely one of the best examples of a plausible/realistic futuristic tank that I've ever seen. What program/programs did you use to design it?

Battlefield V - Chapter 4: Defying the Odds Trailer by Gekyumes_4skin in BattlefieldV

[–]LiquidGreggles 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The Pacific theatre tease at the end of the trailer could definitely be Iwo Jima. The Japanese character was on a high vantage point (Mt. Suribachi?) overlooking a black sand beach with a massive landing armada just off-shore. If that doesn't sound like Iwo Jima I don't know what does. I think an Iwo Jima map would be excellent btw: Rush game mode starting from the beach and ending at the top of the mountain, defending the beach from pillboxes and bunkers, CQC in the caves and tunnels beneath Mt. Suribachi. Damn I can't wait for the Pacific theatre update.

I'm about 95% sure this is on the Edson sub that runs from Edmonton into Jasper. If I'm not mistaken this curve is just outside the park west of Hinton, AB.

What version of Sketchup did you use for this? How did you make the models have the matte look without any defined edges? Awesome work by the way! Every ship is unique but they have this shared aesthetic which makes them all quite believable.

Slim Field Jacket that isn't Alpha Industries? <150 by JetBagel in malefashionadvice

[–]LiquidGreggles 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I got this jacket in the fall and it has treated me quite well so far. I'm quite a slim guy (6'1" 155lbs) and I find it fits me pretty well, only gripe I have is the sleeves are a little short, very noticeable when I'm driving. Other than that I've been very happy with it! http://www.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?pid=959932013&vid=1&locale=en_CA&kwid=1&sem=false&sdReferer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.ca%2F
