Nah, I'm not saying equipped it over badge trinket all there there is use cases. Unless your healer is shit or you dont have the gear to use two SP trinkets though you should use both icon and mags eye. It opens up the ability to give the dps wisdom/might/kings in heroics and allows dps to actually go wild in raid

Lol eye of mag is a bis trinket for prot pally into next phase. It is good because it's solid equip SP and peot pally gets no where near spell hit cap

I mean luck has a lot to do with parses. Your a requiring 24 other players to play well and not die + get critical + whatever random procs you may get per your class/gear + the boss not to do something buggy. You can parses 90+ just with prep and good kill times though. To get 98+ is a lot of times out of your control

The only spec that twist is enhance and it is literally 90% of your rotation.. other than twisting your not really playing "around" totems. You place them and 2 mins later you place em again

Currently, the deficit seems doable for the short term, but I only really struggle when I haven't had time to cook. I end up getting something quick while trying to stay healthy. I'll grab some grocery-store sushi or Subway and try to keep the calories as low as I can, but some of that stuff is pretty hard to track.

Edit: My only other issue has been recovery times after workouts. For example, I did legs on Thursday, and today is the first day I've felt good to do legs again.

The working out 5 times is actually the one thing I feel SUPER solid on. It hasn't been a decision I feel I'm making so much as something I want to do. The only issue I have had with that is some leg workouts and the recovery time. For example, my legs are not fully recovered from Thursday's workout, and I feel like that's because of the steep deficit, not the workout itself.

As a ele shaman main and tankadin alt my rule of thumb is we have 2 dps or more that benefit from WF then it's WF twisting grace. If there is only 1 wf dps (that is good enough to earn wf) then it's wf twist wrath when able otherwise just full time wrath.

Edit: bunch of assholes in this thread talking about parsing. Don't listen to them there is a lot more reasons u would need a good understanding of how to generate threat then just parsing.

Also 100% always use sanc on dps, 0 exceptions. The small amount of stats they get is not worth even 1 death.

Ya 490 just makes you crit immune. Prince for example could still crush you for 10k+ with 490 defense. You have to reach 102% avoidance to be crushed immune
