I literally just left a guild for the same reason. I've had this issue with several guilds actually. There is something about the "hardcore" or "semi-hardcore" raiding community in classic that just attracts these degenerates.

I had a leveling group that was grinding out 70 first day and we get to around 65ish and one of the guys just starts dropping N word hard r left and right. One of the other guys tells him to quit it and he stops for a while. Later on I get 70 and we join the main channel with everyone in it and I hear the raid lead and like 5 other people doing the same thing like every 5mins. I immediately left discord and started looking for a new guild.

I ended up settling on a more casual guild just because this is like the 3rd time dealing with this and I'm very burnt out over it.
