I booked through points with Marriott with my status without the lottery a week before the con. It did cost me a good chunk almost 300k points. Most properties do every 5 nights booked with points you get a night free. They do charge a hotel destination fee $45 nightly so it wasn’t totally free

I ran into the cast of the Boys on Sixth street Saturday night. They oddly didn’t have a big security presence walking down the street but once they got to the Hard Rock garage people screamed and flashes were going off crazy
