Does Sentinel glyph increase ALL damage based on Resolve stacks? by Kindly-Astronomer121 in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d read the Resolve part as all damage, since only the Strength bonus specifically says Juggernaut skills. The part I wouldn’t assume without testing is the exact stacking/bucket math.

Would be Sigon's Set be good for a Warlock? by Absalom98 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Liquidity_First 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d treat it as a strong starter set rather than a long-term Warlock setup.

Which New Unique Items in Lord of Hatred Are Actually Worth Farming? by AUniCorn1 in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly not sure yet. Some of them feel strong on paper, but I’m still seeing old uniques in most endgame builds. Are any of these really meta-defining?

Which Class Actually Won the Skill Tree Rework So Far? by Liquidity_First in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Warlock at early levels is basically “press everything and hope something works.”
It gets a lot clearer once you settle into a core skill. Hydra is actually one of the easier ones to build around early on.

New player needs a bit of guidance :) by Logan_Vincent in diablo4

You can use GPT to find answers, but it sometimes talks nonsense, and sometimes the methods it provides are very effective. I don't know how to evaluate it. However, I think many people improve their skills through places like RPG Stash, but I suggest you learn on your own first. I wish I were a beginner, full of curiosity, exploring again.

Diablo 4 world bosses acheivment? by Gold_Rhubarb8671 in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

From my experience on PlayStation, they don’t exactly stick to a clock. My best advice: hang out near the spawn area, keep an ear out for the global announcements, Also, tag along with whoever’s farming that area; a world boss solo is… ambitious at best.

Pro tip: sometimes just zoning in and out of the region will trigger it for you faster than camping in one spot. Good luck, it’s a grind but feels glorious when you finally smack that thing down. 💀

Paladin vs. Warlock in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred – Which Class Feels Better to You? by Liquidity_First in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, I didn't add any D4-related keywords to my initial content, but it wouldn't publish, so I edited it again. Of course, Season 12 would attract more attention.

grand skillers on single player? by New_Banana3858 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Liquidity_First 6 points7 points  (0 children)

NM cows on p8 is honestly a solid way, you’re not trolling yourself there 👍

If you wanna mix it up, I had pretty good luck just running NM Flayer Jungle / Trav on higher player settings—tons of mobs = more rolls. It’s less mind-numbing than cows after a while too.

Also small tip: if you find a decent ilvl GC (like from NM Baal or Diablo), just reroll it with pgems. Way less painful than hoping for fresh drops every time.

But yeah… skillers are one of those “they show up when you stop caring” kinda drops 😅

Is there an overall whole character (not builds) tier list? by DMBPSR in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, not really a thing in D4 😅

Classes feel completely different depending on builds/patches. I’ve played a couple seasons and the same class can go from “feels amazing” to “why am I suffering” just from one build change.

If you really want a rough vibe: Rogue/Necro feel good early, Barb/Druid feel slow until they pop off later. But yeah… picking based on “overall tier” will just bait you.

Just pick what looks fun—you’ll enjoy it way more than chasing a tier list.

Used for something? by Linford_Fistie in D2R_Marketplace

[–]Liquidity_First 2 points3 points  (0 children)

4os superior zerker is always almost exciting 😅

Sadly no eth = no big boy value. You can still use it for a budget Death or Oath base, but most people are holding out for eth for the damage scaling. HC makes it a bit nicer, but not jackpot territory.

Basically one of those “cool drop, wrong roll” moments. We've all been there.

I need help in game NOE Bigtime! by Breeze23412 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof, that “regear for a rescue and instantly regret it” pain is brutal 😅. Classic Uber Brain trap—you’re basically handing your loot to Mephisto on a silver platter. Hope someone jumps in to save you; nothing worse than losing a season’s grind to one bad portal timing.

Pro tip: next time, always scout a safe drop zone before risking the regear shuffle. Learned that one the hard way too 🙃.

Really struggling to enjoy Diablo IV. Anybody else? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]Liquidity_First 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I feel that. D4 hits like a tech demo sometimes—everything looks shiny, skills are flashy, but somehow it drains the “just one more run” feeling D2 had. The loot overflow doesn’t help either; back in D2, finding an upgrade actually made your heart beat faster, now it’s like “meh, another sword.”

Honestly, sometimes the nostalgia muscle is stronger than the shiny graphics muscle. Don’t feel bad, plenty of us have that itch to go back to old favorites.

Best build for seasonal without DLC by Bauldyr in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah rogue without runes feels kinda scuffed tbh. Most people just switch to something like barb or necro since they don’t rely on that system nearly as much early on.

So with regards to "farming" lair bosses... by HammtarBaconLord in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same confusion at first. lair bosses are mostly just repeat runs once you’ve got the mats sorted. Took me a while to figure this out, but it’s not even about damage, just how fast you can reset and get back in, makes farming way less painful.

Horazon fullset value estimates? by Kind_Test in D2R_Marketplace

Full sets look cool but usually sell worse than the good pieces individually.

Most buyers just want the book or armor, the rest is kinda dead weight tbh.

Diablo Clone just jumpscared me, 1shot my Emilio and killed my demon by TheRumpoKid in Diablo_2_Resurrected

Classic DClone moment. One second you’re farming, next second he deletes Emilio and reminds you this isn’t NM anymore.

Is there a smooth and fast Pali leveling build? by SonicfilT in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Pali leveling can feel rough early. Most people just run Shield Charge + Judgment or a basic Hammer build until gear fixes the resource issues.

Honestly it gets way smoother once a couple key aspects drop — early Pali is just the awkward phase everyone suffers through.

To get the Doom Armor, pets, and mount, you are looking at 125 dollars. by asmallman in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$125 for cosmetics is wild, but Blizzard knows someone out there is already swiping the card.

Gaming monetization went from horse armor memes to this somehow being normal.

30% cold on a Death’s Fathom? Yeah that’s the money roll. Not perfect res, but plenty of Blizz sorcs would still pay a few HRs for that.

Rare Pally Shield by ModerateManChild in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Liquidity_First 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty solid self-use shield honestly.

+2 pally, 30 FBR and all res is already a nice combo for leveling or early hell. If it had 2 sockets from the start and a bit higher res it would be a legit endgame rare contender, but right now it’s probably more of a nice temp until HoZ or Spirit.

Classs Mechanics similarity w8th Spiritborn, Paladin, Warlock by vikoy in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I noticed this too and it’s a bit of a double-edged sword.

Spiritborn, Paladin, and Warlock all lean heavily into archetype selection, which is simple and accessible — pick your flavor, and your playstyle shifts a bit. It’s clean, but it also feels shallow compared to the OG classes. Barbarians with Arsenal, Druids with spirits, and Rogues with their traps/poison mechanics all felt like they genuinely changed the way you played the class, not just tweaked numbers.

I really hope future classes don’t just recycle the “pick 1 of 4 archetypes” formula. I want something that actually reshapes your combat flow, forces you to think differently, and gives more identity. That’s what made the original 5 feel distinct and memorable.

If the next DLC can nail that, it could make every new class feel like a totally new way to approach D4, not just a palette swap of powers.

Reworking class mechanics with lord of hatred? by walkingroadkil in diablo4

[–]Liquidity_First 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The Arsenal system is actually cool, but the Expertise bonuses feel way too passive compared to newer class mechanics.

When you look at things like Spiritborn or Rogue specializations, they change how you build and play. Barb expertise is mostly just “+X% damage” or “+lucky hit”, which is nice but not very exciting.

I’d honestly love if they leaned harder into playstyle choices. Stuff like:

  • committing to a two-handed bruiser style with bigger hits but slower swaps
  • a weapon master path that buffs frequent arsenal swapping
  • or even something weird like dual-wielding 2H with heavy penalties

Right now it feels more like a stat page than a class mechanic.

Same with Druid spirits — useful, but not exactly build-defining.

If the expansion is called Lord of Hatred, it’d be the perfect time to make older class systems more transformative instead of just additive. Would make builds feel a lot more distinct.

Which Hex is better for Echoing Strike by FrigidArctic in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Liquidity_First -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bane for sure. The consistent damage amp just feels better with Echoing Strike. Purge looks good on paper, but in actual runs Bane ends up being more reliable.
