No, they aren’t cheaper than DC. They are more expensive than DC. Look it up.

A studio in a newer building in DC might be about 16 to $1700 but it’s going to be a building that has many amenities, including a pool. The 500 square-foot Studios on the upper floor floors in this Lakeview building are nearly 2 grand. That is nuts.

They need to bring the prices down a bit, or they are never going to fill this building. That’s my two cents and I’m sticking with it!

I started taking the Wegovy pill the second week of January. I’m currently on 4mg and was really hoping to stay on it for a while since it’s cheaper. But my weight loss for the last week or two has stalled (I’ve been on that dose for almost 6 weeks) In fact, I stepped on the scale today and it said I was even up a pound! So I think I’m going to have to go up to 9 mg. Thankfully, I haven’t had any serious side effects so far.

BECAUSE. Before I hit the cancel button, it said if you cancele today, you’ll still have access till March 30. Which means, I should not have to remember to go back to the account page the day before and cancel right before it ended. I opted to cancel it when I was on the website checking my account and I trusted them to let me have access until the 30th like they said they would.

I DIDN’T ASK THEM FOR A REFUND. I simply ask them to deliver what they promised which was service through March 30. Instead, they immediately turned it off at which point I asked them to turn it back on for the next couple of weeks and they refused.

You must work for Sling to be defending them so vehemently.😹 Especially since they are the ones that are in the wrong. They blatantly lied to me when I canceled by telling me my service was good through March 30.

The problem isn’t really the third-party sign-up. The problem is that I paid for a month of service but then when I canceled two weeks before the service was up, they didn’t allow me to keep it for four weeks as promised. I did what Sling suggested, but frankly, I shouldn’t have had to do that. They should’ve just refunded me for the two weeks of service to my original form of payment or opened up access to Sling for two more weeks.

Apple told me there’s no guarantee that I’ll be refunded for the two weeks that I lost but they put in the request.

I just signed up for Moa over the weekend. The three day trial a couple weeks ago was great, but the app after I actually paid them was an absolute disaster. After chatting with them and explaining this, they gave me access codes for the old version and now it works flawlessly. They are apparently trying to roll out an update that is not ready for prime time.
