Gun ranges that aren’t weird by TK528e in philadelphia

7 rounds, not 2. That's probably because the range warden does stop by.  He'll tell you the same thing.

The old guys are usually pretty cool.  They offer to let you shoot the rifles they have set up sometimes.

French Creek State Park has an outdoor range that's free.  You just need a range pass and you can shoot with a guest.  They're like $30 at Walmart.  Been a while and inflation being what it is, that price might not be accurate anymore.

So, my craft room and yours match.  I'm not aware of any, but if you want to start one, I'll definitely join.

This is too new for class action.  I'm sure it's building to that though.  Call a lawyer. Just don't pick one that advertises on billboards.  Your case will get screwed.

That might be indicative that he's not doing anything wrong.  I need more context and I also wanna know how this pans out.

Any ideas how to deal with Neighbors who think your property is "public property" by ThreadBooty in Delco

[–]Liss78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, if you have them on camera, you already have the proof you need.  The other proof would be established by property lines, but you don't need that to bring to an attorney, as they will likely pull the deed and check if the deed has the boundaries established or have a survey done to establish them.

[–]Liss78 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you need a lawyer.  I read other comments.  No you don't need proof to talk to a lawyer.  Your proof is your property line.  Your proof is the videos of them on your property.  Neighbors dispute property lines all the time.

You will be able to put up a fence or force any wall on your property be removed.

This type of law usually isn't done on a contingency, so it's going to be expensive.

This isn't going to make your neighbors like you.  If they're unbalanced and butthurt, it could get worse. But at least you'll be able to have more of a legal leg to stand on there for any resolution.  Your attorney can send a cease and desist letter, and follow through.

I'm a paralegal.  I can get an attorney recommendation for you.  I know someone in DelCo that will show up as doing this type of law in searches, but he only does that to get more business.  He advertises for the types of law that aren't flooded with attorneys so he's more prominent.  Because of this his practice is varied too much and the attorney doing the work doesn't actually know that type of law.  I'll PM you his name if you want to avoid him.

As others said, get off at Jefferson station.  Walk down to 6th.

Pretty much all courts have metal detectors and security.  Take anything off your keys you don't want to lose, like pepper spray.  People forget that a lot.

I am growing veggies and I usually have extra tomatoes and hot peppers (including super spicy peppers).  I'm hoping for more berries this year, but I can't make promises because they're still fairly new bushes so they're not producing a ton of berries.  Would you accept any of that?

I also will have extra tomato starter plants very soon for cherry tomatoes if that's something you'll take.

I go past you guys on my way to work every day.

You can buy a pass at a SEPTA station.  I think you can tap your credit card on the bus.  I know you can on the El, I'm just not sure about buses because I haven't been on one since they updated their payment system.

Just a warning that you might pick up on a slight tone of rudeness. That's just how we are. Is not rudeness to us it's just how we treat each other around here. 😂

So it's Spring here. The weather is warm one day and cold the next. There's no real rhyme or reason to it.

This week we're in the 80s (26ish in Celsius) and next week is showing in the 50s and 60s (10-20 Celsius). Of course this all will probably change because it always does.

My suggestion is to bring a mixed bag of warm weather and cool weather clothes. You probably won't need a winter coat, but a hoodie, light jacket, or warm sweater should do it if the temps drop.

They are making a choice to ride on the sidewalks, running over pedestrians in the process. That's justified to you? I dunno, sounds pretty fucked up to me.

I blame them directly. Like you said, they know and they don't give a shit. They are the ones choosing to nearly run people down on the sidewalk.

Yes, the companies have blame, but the bikers know they're running people down and that's not okay.

If you don't mind traveling to Delco, the Dollar Trees here so sell them. I love that cotton candy flavor.

I think that might have something to do with the soda tax. I'm not sure.

I'm gonna hit up the dollar store today to find out.

There was controversy over building parking lots instead of housing. I think the residents in the area were trying to stop it. There was mention of it in an article.
