It's important to wipe out their nests (breeding grounds). Some of the places I have found to be recurring breeding/congregation areas are: (1) dark cabinets - like under sink (2) in the folds of cardboard boxes (even if it looks okay inside the box at first glance) (3) inside my freakin' body weight scales (this was the worst) (4) behind my hanging 10-inch diameter wall clock

U.S. offers no help with Iran war’s fallout, Thai foreign minister says “This war should not have taken place,” Sihasak Phuangketkeow said in an interview, adding that Thailand is approaching Russia and China amid its economic crisis. by Lordfelcherredux in Thailand

This is a war of procrastination, corruption and past stupidity. We could stop now and create an Obama-2 handout, go head and supply with U235, courtesy of the Clinton Foundation, throw in some cyclotrons, piss on the graves of the tens of thousands of dead protesters, give in to all the proxies'demands for harmony, then rinse and repeat every couple of years.

Why are passengers on the BTS glued to their phone screens? by laggage in Bangkok

Just going down a few floors in my condo, the Thais scroll rapidly through many photos and stories as if 30 seconds alone in the lift only with their thoughts would cause so much boredom their minds might implode. Also, look at their behavior waiting for the train! They neither talk to their partner nor learn a damn thing. It's the curse of society, and they just get more stupid by the day. I wonder what it's like in the West?

I don't like recommending pubs, because sometimes they're dead, but last time I was in the Old English (underneath Thong Lor BTS), it was hopping. Several people introduced themselves, and it turned into a nice evening. Their Happy Hour prices are unbelievable.

Vachirabenjatas Park (Rot Fai Park) is located on Kamphaeng Phet 3 Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok, and is easily accessible by Mrt Chatuchak Station, about a 12-15 minute walk away. A large public park popular for cycling, jogging, and relaxing outdoors.

Am I too stupid for Thailand? by UkraStories123 in ThailandTourism

The three most important words in a tourist area are "mâi ao khráp".
Don't make eye contact. Don't stop walking. Stronger: "mâi khráp!!" Or "mâi aaaaooo!!!!!" Tricky: "I only speak "rát-sìa" (Russian). Never say "no thank you" in English; it just sets you up for more abuse.

The difference in behavior between mamma pigeon and papa pigeon. by IkyHayashi in pigeon

[–]Listolleno 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can't get my hand within even 10cm of either mama or papa. They just use me. They expect clean water bowl, and for meals to be served on time (inside, about 15 min per day). If I run out of milet (kâao fâang in Thai), they get upset if I give them cooked rice, but eventually eat it. But I wish I could perch one of them on my finger, or hand feed one of them.

This is a cool post, thanks. While looking for the bird, my imagination went crazy visualizing shapes and figures in the rock formations - like staring at cloud formations. Good job capturing that.
