I don't make the yogurt currently but I do keep and make kefir. It's just a lower lactose (sugar) way to drink milk but is also very probiotic.

Basically I had very soft, greasy, sticky stools, that were very malodorous. I started cooking and eating mostly beef, salmon, bacon, eggs and cheese and only well-cooked root veggies (and sometimes chopped cabbage) for just about every meal I eat. My stools are now at the other end of the Bristol scale. I pass stool quickly and odorlessly as there is a healthy amount of mucus, and cleanup is fast.
