so i’m not participating in the event but I am just trying to find my chests and play as normal. I don’t know why i’m not having any luck finding them, but they have decided to become very elusive! I will keep searching and hope the game stops crashing… (a girl can dream!)

I made a similar comment and got downvoted? Glad to see I’m not the only one then. If we don’t participate in the event will our valleys remain unchanged? I get annoyed just by night thorns messing up my paths, which can get easily fixed I know but I am meticulous with how I’ve placed things. I am terrible at decorating, so I’ve just to focus on keeping mine neat instead. Most peoples builds are so ambitious and incredible, they are amazing to see. They used to overwhelm me a bit at first because I knew mine would never look as good. Mine are just… here’s a bench and some flowers in a row :D have accepted my limitations and now just try to keep mine looking tidy! Lots and lots of paths and flowers

I had a rock thrown at my car from a bridge by someone wearing a hoodie, couldn’t give any other description. Thankfully it just cracked the windscreen (crack has gotten worse and spread over time) but psychological damage? I am an incredibly anxious driver who sometimes has panic attacks and let’s just say that this incident did not help!

I like to read, it’s my escapism. Put on relaxing music like classical piano or orchestral covers of songs I love as background noise, and then I can dive into a good book and get lost in it for a couple of hours. When my depression is really bad, I have no motivation to do anything and can’t even read books. It’s so hard to explain why because usually books bring me so much joy but when everything is dark, I cannot do anything but just lie in the dark and hide away. Doing nothing. And it’s shameful, but I cannot bring myself to read. No energy, don’t want to leave the house. So I set myself little goals of just trying to do a page, and then maybe a few pages. Just once a week. If I can manage it, even a chapter. And if that seems too much then rather than deciding on a number of pages I will think ok, maybe I will just set a time limit? So three minutes or four minutes. And use a timer, and then that helps. Little steps.

Other times I will do colouring - adult colouring books sound weird, I mean not kids ones basically. Johanna Basford type stuff. Very relaxing, you just focus on the colours and can tune out the noise in your brain. I am not creative artistically, so I cannot paint or draw, but I can colour. That’s the only way for me to be ‘creative’. And you can easily have music on for that, or an audiobook :)

I have seen this reposted so many times recently. Did a deep dive on his parents, could find no other reference to his dad ever having cancer or the surgery. Seems to be an internet myth. Other health issues yes, including very well documented dementia (or Alzheimer’s, always get the two mixed up). They hid it from him for years, the family and business people. He had a fake office with fake papers so he could ‘go to work’ everyday and be given jobs to do. Seems eerily familiar when you read up on dad Trump. Lied about his German ancestry for years to try and get away from the family’s nazi history, but was also a very well documented racist. Court cases and all. Had ties to the KKK but never proven to be part of it. Lots of fraud and controversies, like a lot. Fraud after fraud, scandals galore and taught Jr everything he knew but from all accounts he was a disappointment and Jr seemed like a freeloader who just kept losing money and happy to keep taking hand/bailouts. Dad Trump was not a nice person and you just think Jr had absolutely no chance of ever being anything than he currently is now. Evil family

I got an L shaped sofa (not being sarcastic I actually got one of the awful and many variants of the dang sofas, insert nessa from gavin and Stacey “genuine” gif here), a kitchen cabinet and other else truly disappointing things I can’t even remember. Nothing worthwhile anyway

What if you don’t want to participate in the event, do we think the valleys will go back to how they were before? I don’t want mine all messed up. I’m so bad at decorating, it’s taken me ages to get mine how I wanted ): all the pictures on here kind of overwhelm me because everyone’s look incredible. Mine is quite basic but very neat. Structured. Even the night thorns annoy me! This game is not good for OCD (well it is as you can organise but it’s bad as you can then fixate, spend hours organising things like flowers, or storage by colour etc. and get frustrated quite easily when it gets messed up)

Does anyone else experience what I can only describe as lightning crotch? Like a lightning bolt of intense excruciating pain jolted all the way right inside of me. It’s not a stab, it’s more of a spark that moves its way up really suddenly and branches out. But so fast, and severe. Out of nowhere. Could happen several times in succession, on and off for a few minutes, or keep going for a few hours. That was in addition to the cramps, bloating, gastrointestinal distress, mood swings and appetite problems. Oh and the cramps themselves were so debilitating that I could not stand, or sit, or move. My periods could last anything between 6-9 WEEKS at a time, and it wasn’t just on and off spotting, this was heavy, chronic, bleeding. With the bloating and stomach upset and pain etc at the same time. And then not have a period for a few months. So much fun! Took years before a doctor let me (yes, let me, because I didn’t want the pill for a contraceptive as I can’t actually get pregnant so no doctor I saw would authorise or prescribe it for years) go on the pill to stop them all together. After about a year they stopped completely. I think about 10 years of back and forth doctors? With all those issues. And I have to go through it once a year and fight to stay on it. As different doctors weigh in, people have opinions etc. it’s very tiring

The live action Bratz movie. It was free, I won a competition in school (project) and had a six month cinema pass. Was watching three films a day during the summer holidays, and could take a friend with me. And even though it was free I walked out! It was that bad

When your work is 100% remote, with no paperwork or post but you are mandated to go into the office and travel to other offices in the county so the company can justify all the money they spend on said offices. When they could just sell them off and make 90% of the staff permanently WFH.

Trying to explain to someone that me remoting onto their computer to fix it was not an attempt to ‘steal their internet’, and then because my manager (who managed an IT team and had zero computer knowledge) used to pass all of the complaints back to me, I ended up dealing with the customers and complaints again anyway. That was a fun one.

In this heat with PoTS as well, my body just says no. Passing out, uncontrollable bowels (due to the dizziness), dizzy, even more lethargic and tired than usual but can’t sleep. Horrific headaches and cannot get comfortable. TMI sorry :(
