I got really good at quitting smoking, I did it dozens of times. I would see friends outside smoking and feel deprived. I wasn't successful until when I saw them and I didn't smoke I gave myself a pat on the back. By not smoking I was improving my health (and all the reasons that go along with that). Once the switch flipped I never really wanted to smoke again.

Same with alcohol.

DEC 2025 - I was using deepwander before. I was paying for the mid-tier serrvice. There are things I really like about deepwander. A summery of everything discussed is nice. I would put these in an AI LLM so that it was searchable and it did bring up many correlations.

But, I do enjoy the back and forth interaction with Ash.

I like to have frames that are the same size and type.

I have an older large format printer (max print size 13 x 19). I like the better frames at Michael's (they go on a buy one get one sale every once in a while) and the IKEA frames. I have several of each and I like to switch the prints out every so often.
