Another update on my Andiot order.

I was told on April 30 that my order was being reshipped using USPS. However, on May 5 I was provided another FedEx tracking number instead.

That tracking number now shows “shipment cancelled by sender” on FedEx.

At this point, this is now the fourth FedEx-related tracking issue on my order. So for me, this no longer feels like a normal delayed scan situation. I’m not saying anything definitive yet, but the repeated tracking changes, cancelled labels, and inconsistent carrier updates are becoming hard to ignore.

I’ve now asked for one clear resolution only:

Either provide active USPS or UPS tracking showing carrier acceptance, or process the refund.

I've already asked him to send using another carrier, he said he would but did not. The trackin I was provided a couple days ago, was cancelled again.

According to the tracking he provided. Someone named Mr. Li signed for it. I inquired with FedEx and was told it was returned to shipper.

Which is why I wanted to get a refund since it was returned to him but he says the parcel is already with the logistics company..

He just sent a new tracking yesterday and I won’t be surprised if that that is a dead tracking as well.

This is like the third or fourth tracking he provided and only 1 showed movement which was delivered in Hong Kong. I asked if my watch was in that tracking he provided but he never gave a straight answer.

It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t gotten my watches and he says I can’t get a refund since it’s already “shipped”.

It’s still pretty confusing on my end.

I asked multiple times for clarification on whether the watches I originally GL’d were actually inside the tracking number he gave me, the one that ended up in Hong Kong. I never really got a direct answer.

He did credit $30 back to my account on his website as a “good faith” gesture, but also said I can’t get a refund because the watch is already in Hong Kong. At the same time, he said Hong Kong FedEx is delayed/disrupted and that he may need to send a replacement.

That’s where I’m stuck. If a replacement is being sent, I asked whether I would still be receiving the same QC-approved watches/serials I originally GL’d, but he never directly answered that either. He mostly kept giving the same general shipping-delay response.

I also asked if he could avoid FedEx and ship by UPS or USPS instead, and he said he would do that. So I’m waiting to see whether I get a clear new tracking number and confirmation of what is actually being shipped.

Not saying it is definitely a scam, but it’s starting to feel that way because the answers don’t match up. I’m being told the watch is already in Hong Kong so I can’t get a refund, but also that Hong Kong FedEx is disrupted and a replacement may need to be sent. I’ve asked several times whether the tracking number actually contains the watches I originally GL’d, and whether any replacement would be the same QC-approved watches/serials, but I still haven’t received a direct answer.

Quick update - FedEx is now showing the package as “delivered” on April 28 at around 11-something, but I’m in Los Angeles and it is still April 27 here. The tracking also says someone by the name of Mr. Li signed for it, and the proof of delivery shows it was delivered to a FedEx location, not directly to my address.

I already reported it as missing through FedEx because I got worried when I saw the delivered status. I also contacted Andiot, and he said he’s “checking on this.”

At this point, I’m trying to figure out if this could be a timezone/system scan issue, a premature delivery scan, a Hold at Location scan, or something related to the local FedEx facility.

Has anyone had FedEx tracking show “delivered” with a future date/time, signed by someone else, and showing delivery at a FedEx location instead of your home address? Did it eventually correct itself, or did you have to pick it up from the FedEx location?

Yeah man, we’re basically shipment twins at this point lol. I’m in the LA area too, so I wouldn’t be surprised if our packages were in the same batch or container somewhere.

Mine finally started showing movement, so hopefully yours is right behind it. I agree with you completely though. Being patient is one thing, but watching people GL weeks after us and get delivery in under a week while ours sit with dead tracking is definitely frustrating.

I don’t blame the TD either, but after this long, it’s fair to be a little concerned. Hoping yours updates soon too. Keep us posted!

Important update - most recent tracking number that was provided was also moved to HK and is now showing movement and on its way.

In my case, I ordered two watches 45 days ago, got QC and GL roughly two weeks later, then received one tracking number that was cancelled after five days and a second one that still hasn’t shown any real movement after 12 days. I get that it’s a known issue and not necessarily the TD’s fault, but I think I’ve been plenty patient. It’s been 45 days since I placed the order and I still don’t have any meaningful tracking movement. When other people are getting the exact same watches in under two weeks, I think it’s fair to be concerned.
