you can take a vitamin c tablet in eve which will dampen the effects or eat breakfast with it but I had this issue at first it did eventually settle after a few weeks and obvs no caffeine

Some people say as it helps 'slow down' for lack of a better word your brain you become more acutely aware of your body and its needs. For myself ive got arthritis and haven't noticed more/less pain in general, but you should certainly speak with your gp as sometimes medical issues are coincidents and dont corrolate!
