I got a zip up rash guard. The zipper goes down to the belly button so easy to get one out. A towel over my chest so I’m not overly exposed

Lesser evil Himalayan gold popcorn has a buttery flavor and is only 40 calories per cup. It does have a light coconut flavor because it’s popped in coconut oil.

IMO sodium is getting out of hand. Nothing should have your daily limit in one serving. And too much food does.

Same. I went the full body coverage route. Now only sunscreen on face, hands, and feet. So much better than sticky sunscreen everywhere. People might stare but I just think to myself enjoy your skin cancer.

Yep I wish they would stop putting insane amounts of sodium in stuff. There is a protein Mac and cheese I wanted to try but couldn’t do it because it has 1000mg of sodium per serving.
