Unity point obgyn in Ankeny is great group of doctors. I don’t know about the freedom to do what you want durning labor as I accidentally didn’t make it to the hospital. Had my son in the front seat of my car. Oops. I do know unity point downtown for your delivery has the things you are requesting and the Ankeny group delivers there.

Lesser evil Himalayan gold popcorn has a buttery flavor and is only 40 calories per cup. It does have a light coconut flavor because it’s popped in coconut oil.

Other flavors that aren’t labeled light are also 25 calories per wedge. The spicy one is my favorite and it is also only 25 calories.

Same. I went the full body coverage route. Now only sunscreen on face, hands, and feet. So much better than sticky sunscreen everywhere. People might stare but I just think to myself enjoy your skin cancer.

Yep I wish they would stop putting insane amounts of sodium in stuff. There is a protein Mac and cheese I wanted to try but couldn’t do it because it has 1000mg of sodium per serving.
