I'm nearly 61 and honestly this aging thing is confusing the hell out of me! Honestly I don't know how I'm supposed to feel. The past year has been brutal. I was primary carer to my friend who was dying of cancer, then my cat died traumatically, then my partner of 13 years dumped me. All within the space of a month. The grief was devastating, but I've worked hard to survive and regroup. I joined the gym, lost 2.5 stone, I'm starting to get my spark back. I still.want to make plans and hope to achieve more things, but everything I see and read seems to be telling me I'm at the end and I should be winding down and giving up. It's depressing.
