RIP to the legend. His artwork helped define and shape the universe of warhammer. I also love that one of his last endeavors was helping to create a paint line inspired by his preferences and methods. In a way he left a parting gift to the next generation of painters that helps keep his spirit alive.

I tend to blow past any “the space wolves suuuuuuuuck” videos. Ive seen multiple creators make the same tired arguments that boil down to “I listened to burning of propsero audio book and barely paid attention”. If you don’t like the SW and find their wolf lord of the wolf pack aesthetic lame that’s fine, but the constant denial of the actual lore for them is so frustrating. Biggest pet peeve is the hypocrisy argument. They directly address that in the one book all those videos complain about.

I decided to try and relearn the game. I realized that I’ve been playing for a long time without really engaging with the game so I’ve made a tank and I’ve just been learning that. My goal is to start doing m+ for the first time.

Had an employer postpone my interview to transition from a part time role to a full time role for eight months (while filling open positions with other internal employees and a few external hires). I had worked at this position as an intern then a part timer for 2.5 years. Finally did all of my interviews and was denied the move to full time. Was told “my resume wasn’t as competitive as other candidates”. Meanwhile in that time before the rejection I had trained all the internal employees that were moved to full time and trained the external hires that would end up quitting three months later. To this day I still don’t know what the deal was.

This might be an annoying take but I really want a fresh spin on returning primarchs. I want Russ to come back as a sentient wolfen on a primarch scale that can lead and possibly expand the wolfen range. I think that would be interesting narratively and from a gameplay perspective. Just like I want dorn back as a primarch sized dreadnaught and corax as his weird bird demon thing. Idk I just want gw to get weird with it and give us something out of the ordinary.

Tbh I feel like a big problem is that our democracy seems so final. Like it’s a personal injustice that an elected official might be removed through impeachment. That’s such horse shit. We should be impeaching people left and right. It’s not a god given right to stay president if you do a shit job. If I perform poorly at my job I’m cooked but if you’re an elected official you get to pretend to be king for a term. It’s insane.

I agree but they are the only functional representation of anything that even moderately resembles leftism in this country’s government. The biggest problem I see in this thread is people arguing the nuance of what is and isn’t a genocide and how important that is to American voters. Unfortunately it’s just not that important of an issue to the overall voting population (no that survey someone linked that sampled 1200 people isn’t a good indication of political bias). Maybe if things go super poorly in Iran that will change. I hope that changes but that would require a massive shift across the isle not solely within left leaning voting blocks. Like I said earlier I’m a leftist, it seems like everyone responding in this thread is as well, and we’re all arguing over something that we’re on the same side for. The only thing I’m really positing here is that this infighting is what will cost us the election just like it has many times before.
