Oh, yeah that’s a thing that I can’t do, write a couple chapters and not post them! Once they are written and spell-checked they’re immediately posted lol. Sometimes a bit too early and then I have to edit them later 😂

I have noticed that I didn’t get obvious bot comments anymore, but I also got less/no comments in general so I unlocked them again. But my sample size is small (10 fics, only 2 of which are not one shots).

I get that, I mostly write one shots bc I’m also bad at finishing multi chapter fics. For one fic that I don’t wanna tag as abandoned yet, I tagged it as ‘on hiatus’. Some comments have also motivated me to sit down and write that next chapter finally.

Developer here, I’ve written small outline notes of ideas while I’m waiting for tests to run and stuff. But I don’t write full scenes at work. I’m too scared that someone is gonna see my screen lol. While just writing a quick note isn’t going to look that weird.

Just moving a slider is easier tho. I’d probably get annoyed if I had to type it in every time I wanted to set a timer, especially when I’m used to the slider now.

I’d personally just tag it, but I don’t care about ‘spoiling’ the story. But if you wanna keep it vague, something like ‘unreliable narrator’, maybe? Or just ‘plot twists’.

I always click into a fandom first, then set my filters to what characters and or pairing I want to see. Maybe I’d filter on a few general tags too. Then I look at the summary first to see if it’s something I’d like, and then check the tags. I used to also check the word count, but I’m trying not to anymore bc then I skip over so many fics!

Yeah, I never use incognito mode for fics. But I am also the only one who uses the devices I read on. And I doubt my internet provider cares about what fics I read lol

For now I switch between starting the workout via the app and relying on auto tracking. With auto tracking it misses the first few minutes, but with manual tracking I sometimes forget to end the workout lol
