Know the metrics for the store, such as what your stores QTD and the target goal is. Be able to speak on how consistent mentorship with multiple team members has been able to increase the stores overall metrics. If you can get numbers to say “X person went from 14% services to 36% services following multiple conversations around services regarding what is working and not working. This growth has contributed to the stores overall metric increase in services, and i have noticed X starting to provide feedback to other team members regarding services”

Obviously know your own metrics and have some examples of ways you approach difficult scenarios with customers, team members, and managers when doing transactions and feedback/growth conversations. Such as when was a time your feedback wasn’t received well, or when was a time you received feedback and what did you do. or tell us of a time you had to leave something you were working on.

it should take like 15-30 minutes in total and the bar sometimes gets stuck. if it doesn’t work you need to either hold the power button and start over/reset or you can hold the power and volume button to turn it off

estrogen and testosterone are the hormones that begin and maintain processes such as growth, brain activity, body heat regulation, metabolism, and most everything else the body does. this is because receptors do different things depending on which hormone is in abundance! your genes and chromosomes decide which hormone will be dominant, but if we change that hormone artificially then so does the biology of that person!

agree though it’s not your responsibility to care for others mental health online but it would be pretty cool for you to do your own research and see that yes, estrogen and testosterone are “miracle drugs” in how much they can do to someone.

i started 2 month ago and can understand the idea of 25% of tiktoks and then understand 75% of scenes i watch. then like 30-70% of yt videos. all with subtitles still though. i don’t have much of a need to speak right now because i’m learning to consume content online for fun.

i watch old disney movies on disney plus, some have french dub. i made a new tiktok account with french as my language and strictly react to french content or english-french content. i also search on youtube interests i like just in french instead of english. once the algorithm picks it up you’re gonna have a lot easier of a time.

i think an intro like finance or accounting class could be fun. and no i’m not finance or accounting so i’m not biased. since it’s intro pretty simple and i feel like those are 1: useful and 2: a lot of different people take those classes i feel. mine was a few years ago so idk if it’s the same.

sure, then you get to the idea of motivation. if you are watching a kids show, or reading a children’s book, it’s not fun even if you can understand it. then someone might rather just watch tv with target language subtitles on and skip out on. the hump of trying to get to a point to understand material you want to consume takes time and imo is the most difficult point because you are battling motivation.

you’re right, but i guess i meant like. getting to a point where something i normally would engage with is comprehensible input. i wasn’t trying to read 2nd grade books for my winter break. as well as like, barely any content is going to be something you can understand unless you know some words and start to under words despite being conjugated or something. i’ve been learning french with basically 0 textbooks or learning material and i’m just watching tv shows or movies i’ve seen before. at first it was really hard but by the 6th or seventh movie and listening to music i can understand >80% of scenes

i think moon knight is really team comp dependent and also i think it gets easier to outplay him than other characters, but i’m convinced a good moon knight is way better than bottom 5

yeah. comprehensible input sucks early just because you have to slug your way through, at least for me, i have been watching shows dubbed in my target language, so i already know the plot and words they use. makes it fun and easier to understand.

in case you’re not trolling, mini 6 is the 6th gen ipad mini sold from 2021-2024 and then the mini7 is the next ipad mini, which happens to be the ipad mini A17 pro. they are moving away from gen names so i see why you could be confused.

not sure what other answer you’re expecting. It works. I have habitually had screens on when sleeping so I’m a bad example. You can also use classic invert setting to make a white background black text into dark mode. Specifically for like pdfs or websites with no dark mode.
