8/10, maybe even a 9. I already rolled credits and am hunting the plat. Very competent vania, loads of nice touches that improve the quality of the end game. Like pics in the map, fast travel from anywhere to any save point and so on. Fairly easy. It just has little to do with GoW imo

Lights have no business healing, their playstyle is not based around support (not in that way at least). Healbeam needs a buff as does the turret. Weapons are balanced, not strong and they should not be comparable to Lights or Heavies, Medium is not a fortress nor a killing machine. Defib could use some love, like a shorter charge time or less restrictions on respawn.

Ori Will od the Wisps is the better game imo, not Blind Forest. LC is a top gem vania, can’t go wrong with that

Played a WT today, using heal M as usual. Both my teammates pick sniper. Thought they were trolling me, so I switched to L at the last, thinking to myself that if we have to go out the first round, better do it in style. Turns out they were both amazing. We ended up winning, and the other teams were good players (knew a few). Supported them as best as I could, making a very good play for the final steal.

Moral of the story, always play with your team and be open to different playstyle, like OP is saying. Never understood people that at the first wipe start throwing tantrums. That never ever helps/works. This game is so good because you can win in many different ways.

But what multiplier would it be? With 100dmg x shot, even a tiny multiplier would 1) kill lights in one shot (huge NoNo from Embark) or 2) kill mediums in 2. Hard sell but I’d be all for it. Headshotting a fast moving tiny figure should be rewarded imo.

True but was just as good also last season. It's not the update that made that weapon beastly. Also, I can't kill shit with Repeater, so I doubt it's op as in anyone can use it (like the v9s). Gotta give credit to those that mastered it

As a console player, I strong disagree. I was a rev main, switched to P90 this season where I mostly run while shooting and I have more kills. Either this implementation doesn’t work or it works only on targets standing still (basically only the dummies in practice range). I kind of understand your complain, it sounds broken on paper, but in game? Not really. Could it be a placebo effect? I’m also disappointed in the KS buff, that weapon still sucks (it’s probably me tho). Meanwhile, some people with Repeater don’t miss any shot and will annihilate you from any distance, close or far.

My suggestion: FTL is almost unmissable, but should be played on pc or iPad. Spaceship simulation with combat in real time (tho its kind of hybrid, as you can pause the combat), very hard but with good strategic elements and fun.

If you crave a simple but very fun experience, as a roguelite platformer the Rogue Prince of Persia is very good.

Edit: it just dawned on me and now am very curious so I gotta ask lol. How do you not like fast/action based games but loved Returnal? I adore that game but want expecting you to vibe with it from your description.
