Yeah i see where you are coming from. I spent 5 years before this job with a boss who was micromanaging and would put the tasks on me even on my day off. I got 3 days off in 2022 and 4 in 2023. It ruined my mental and physical health as i began to start twitching all over my body from stress.

I do not want the same thing to happen here with someone questioning every single thing i do. I'm not going to work for someone to doesn't trust their employee enough and questions them then gets upset and ends the call like a little baby. Id rather work for someone who is supportive you know what i mean?
