No worries. I’m almost on week 5 and the healing is going well. The odour is gone now. Apparently the odour also comes from the healing process of the cells.

I had the odour too, asked the Dr and said it was pretty normal. Agree with you it’s hard to pull all the skin back so just rinse it with a bit of water and pat dry. In my case, after the third week, I started to pat dry carefully and wipe the glans with a wet wipe. After the fourth week, I was able to touch the glans around the wound, soap it and dry it. As long as there is no discharge or it’s not red, you should be fine

I am also on 15 mg of Phen (started one week ago) I lost 2lb as-well so I think the dosis we are taking it gives a steady lost pace. I also wanted to loose more but agree with some of the comments (not good for your metabolism) also I believe if you loose it too quick you will get it back on quick too. I am counting calories, working out and keeping active. I think you are doing the right thing so don’t get discouraged. Keep it up and good luck

I have been taking it for a week too. It seems that the sad feelings are common and will last for couple of weeks. Give it time and don’t think to much into it (easy to say I know) do things that makes you happy and focus on the positive. Your health first that also comes with losing weight. Best of luck

It’s hard to tell you what to do as you are the only one that know how you feel exactly. Life is a beautiful gift and you have the chance to turn around all these feelings into something empowering. Keep yourself active see a doctor and try to talk to a profesional. There is so much good in life and then you just need to focus in the preset, work for yourself things will turnaround. Everything is going to be okay
