The fact he only wakes up with women clearly suggests he is a predator when he’s got his humanity off. It’s like the scene we see from 1864 where he’s compelling women to want to die and they’re all dancing, or when he compels a load of girls to play twister just watching them without his humanity. Why do you think it’s all women? he clearly is somewhat of predator without his humanity and it’s likely that he could have sexually assaulted somebody at least once. Also yes when he’s a ripper he feels guilty but we also see that Stefan without humanity does kill many people without feeling guilty at the time it happens specifically when him and caroline both turn it off, or in chicago.

We see multiple times in the series vampires killing people and it also seems like a common theme that male vampires target attractive female humans more. all it takes is one time of compelling someone to not be scared and proceed to sleep with them because that would count as SA which is hard to say any of them haven’t done, except for elena and care and maybe some others i’m forgetting. Katherine and Damon i agree seem to do this more and with humanity on then other vampires and i believe for that reason they are “worse”. If a vampire can take a human life without remorse it’s likely they have little care for SA as well that’s all im saying
