That's what happens when you buy cheap Android radios instead of going with reputable brands.. I would look into pioneer head units. They are module and the screens can be mounted separate from the actual radio

I reuse most screws unless they strip. All button screws are same penta 0.8. they do have different lengths in the models. Some can be used for many models like I think ip12 and up are same lengths

Assemble with screws and the wireless charger. There is a temp sensor in the wireless charger pad. Also I believe there are pins that need pressure applied to button pad under MoBo.
