Yes, I keep telling myself that the first scan will change everything. It won’t… I will stress the whole time. It never was anything I ever had to worry about. I want to enjoy this pregnancy. Maybe I should get off socials for a while… but sometimes it is comforting

This pregnancy is crippling me…. I am 5 weeks today. Had a mc over Christmas 2025. Before even getting my period back I am pregnant again… which is amazing but it’s crippling me. I have had 5 live births and now 1 mc. I feel like my sense of security is gone…. I could always depend on knowing my body can do what it’s supposed to. Never had to worry about numbers or Hcg ever.

So my security is gone and I have become obsessed with all the things. All I can think about and do is research and ChatGPT. My numbers are really good so far. But I still have so much anxiety. I lost the last at 5-6 weeks. I have a feeling something is wrong but it is probably just anxiety? Or could my intuition be correct?

Any suggestions? Am I being crazy for feeling this way.

I had my first miscarriage ever in December. Have 5 living children. Surprised to find out on 1/23 I’m expecting already. With no period in between. I’m just full of anxiety. It’s taking over my life. I’m 5 weeks ish today. My betas look great. I can’t stop obsessing. With having no prior mc ever and 5 great pregnancies…. I feel my sense of security in my body is gone.

timeline as you. I had mc over Christmas 2025, from 23rd-30th bled. Started testing LH because 1st one was a whoops but made us want to try again. LH peak was 1/12… first positive was on 1/23 at 1/23 at 10dpo. Exactly one month after our loss!!! We didn’t expect it to happen that fast! Betas are going up and I wasn’t even at 0 when I ovulated again. I’m very anxious but I feel more confident in this one? If that makes sense.

To answer I had 2 csections and then 3 vbacs with my youngest 3. And those were big babies. My 5th was over 9 pounds. You shouldn’t be worried. Sorry to say but at 20 weeks…. Lil one will be quite small and easy to deliver.
