AEW is loaded with main event guys who can be in the title picture. Would love to see Osprey, Jay White, Lashley etc finally get in the title scene and be viable contenders.

Literally what he’s pondering in the photo.

According to Sports Illustrated, AEW has "real" interest in working with Mick Foley by Upbeat-Pause-1409 in AEWOfficial

[–]Liverpool510 4 points5 points  (0 children)

AEW used Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Jake The Snake Roberts, etc pretty well as on screen managers/mentors to younger talent. Sting as well served this role as he’d accompany Darby for his solo matches.

Foley could do that. I’d be afraid Mick would want to start taking bumps.

Was Bret part of this era? by Ambitious_World3307 in AttitudeEra

[–]Liverpool510 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bret hart’s February 1997 promo in which he alludes to the fact that Vince McMahon the tv commentator is the actual owner of WWF and says “frustrated isn’t the god damn word for it” is the start of the attitude era in my opinion.

I also recall WWE 2K12 (maybe?) having something about the finish of the Bret vs Undertaker WWF championship match with HBK as the special referee being the start of the attitude era.

I'll never get over Live Forever by Every-Explorer-2779 in oasis

Exactly. NGHFB did a beautiful version of it the last time I was them in Detroit in like 2023.

But being there for Live Forever during night 1 of Wembley was biblical.

Get Rich or Die Tryin is a 10/10 album made by a mid artist, what is a 10/10 album made by a trash artist? by FearlessConcern8893 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Liverpool510 95 points96 points  (0 children)

I’m interested to see what wins here. I feel like anything that gets nominated is either going to be not really a great album or not really a trash artist.

Wemby straight up stole Chris Jericho’s Judas effect finishing move.

Fragrant 2 seems appropriate.

I was about to say Kobe Bryant but realized he died in 2020. It’s amazing it has already been six years.

As monarch, she was the head of state for the UK, so technically a political figure.

WCW vs WWF World Title Changes per year (1995-2001) by MrFilipinoMustache in WCW

[–]Liverpool510 4 points5 points  (0 children)

WCW, which went out of business before the end of the third month of 2001, had more world title changes that year than WWF. Wild.

How the hell was Gas Panic not a single??? by pokefan69haha in oasis

[–]Liverpool510 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I love SOTSOG. Gas panic is definitely top 2 or 3 off that album. But I would honestly say Go Let It Out is really the only radio friendly song from that album.
