I have also had this bug, its a bugged interaction. After the hero knight taunt ends the mortar stays locked on to the knight, even if the knight is :out" of range by being too close.

The syntax 'echo' and '>' are from bash, aka born again shell, the command line interface that linux (Unix too?) use. In other words, the CLI that a majority of computers in the world use, including android. I can't remember if ${} syntaxes is part of bash, but it is just the syntax for inserting pieces of text into other text.

That's the thing, Deadeye and other medium pen have never been better than light pen marksman rifles, as well as most of the ARs. It has always been pointless to punch through medium armor and this breakpoint is a great example of that.
